Reviews and Ratings
I was on a corridor with no access due to building work, but the move was swiftly organized. The room was dirty, with thick dusty carpet and unclean surfaces, but it was lovely although lacking a city view. The hotel can't handle any kind of heat wave.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were very comfortable with great views of the City, and the historical presence of famous visitors like members of the royal family and the Clintons added an extra touch of elegance. While it may not be the best for friends sharing, it certainly didn't ruin our stay and we were pleasantly surprised by the room's roominess and comfort.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a good size for a city center hotel, very comfortable featuring modern amenities, but they felt a tad shabby and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The service was excellent, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, right in the city center with easy access to shopping areas and public transportation. The dining experience was a letdown with overpriced options, but the hotel facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The location was fantastic, close to everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and bars. The room was comfy and clean, with a nice bathroom and powerful shower. The service was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the lack of hot water for a shower was disappointing, and the price did not match the overall value.
The hotel exceeded many other hotels in Ireland with a really comfortable bed and a great view. While the room was smaller than expected, it was very clean. It could do with a facelift, especially as the hotel is a 4-star; however, everything else reflects that status.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were excellent, but it was unfortunate that there was no mini-bar. However, the constant noise from the renovations during my work hours was bothersome, and despite requesting room service, it was not provided. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with various needs. The central location was perfect, close to major attractions, although the dining experience was a bit inconsistent. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel is in an incredibly central location, perfect for exploring the city easily. The rooms were a bit small but overall clean and tidy. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay special. The facilities were top-notch, especially the bar area.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable with fabulous views across the cityscape. However, it was a bit disappointing that room service didn't check if we needed fresh towels, toilet roll, or water, especially since it's a 4-star hotel.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a very cozy bed, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were immaculate with fine details like towel robes and slippers, but some noise from the lift and warmth at the reception desk were bothersome. The service was excellent, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dining was a bit inconsistent with good food but table cleanliness concerns.
The hotel was well-appointed and quiet, with spotless rooms containing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with attentive staff refreshing tea and coffee and fulfilling food requests promptly. The location was terrific, close to the train station and city center, offering easy access to many tourist attractions. The dining experience was lovely if a bit overpriced. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room size concerns and occasional unfriendly encounters in certain areas.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and had some nice extra facilities like tea/coffee but were quite small and too hot during the night. The service team quickly managed our frustration with an upgrade, and overall, were helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, within walking distance to shopping centers and attractions. The dining experience offered a delicious buffet-style Irish breakfast but could get busy in the mornings.
After an early flight, the hotel's rooms were looking very old and dated but were renovated and very clean. However, it was totally cold at night, and we had to put coats on our bed.
The hotel had small, stuffy rooms with a depressing view onto concrete, but the service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff. The location was excellent within the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The dining options were limited but of good quality, albeit a bit expensive. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is located right in the center of Belfast, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms weren't ideal for a multi-night stay as they weren't refreshed, and the warmth forced us to keep the window open, leading to noise disturbances. The service, though met expectations, varied in friendliness. However, the lovely reception staff and concierge contributed positively. The dining experience in the lobby bar had a good selection, but the street food didn't live up to expectations. The location was great for reaching attractions easily, but the distance of the rooms from each other put a slight damper on the overall experience.
